Yellow Apple & Tomato

Sold out. There is something particular about the taste of Kenyan coffee that is unlike anything else. We're really excited about this beauty from the Kirinyaga province, as its our first fresh crop coffee from this region for 2017.

Kenyan producers are to coffee what French viticulture is to wine.

The combination of skilled practices, strong cooperatives, particular varieties, excellent growing conditions and rich soil all culminate in coffees that have very distinct character.

The harvest has been particularly excellent this year, although slightly smaller than in previous years, which may force prices up.

We found this gorgeous AB grade grown in volcanic soil from a cooperative located on the slopes of Mount Kenya. It is clean, bright, silky and balanced. It also happens to be Rainforest Alliance certified.
